Join the Center for Genomic Gastronomy on Zoom for a one-hour live meal and conversation exploring recipes from a post-Brexit food system.
Guests to the Brexit Banquet are invited to cook and eat one of the five recipes published on our website, concoct their own recipe, or simply show up with a PDO wine or cheese from their country. Eat along with us while home cooks share their dishes and experts tell us about taste, place and a changing British food system.
This will be the first live event for BREXIT BANQUET, a set of recipes and transition scenarios for pre-enacting a disrupted food system.
This event is co-hosted by MU Eindhoven as part of the O.F.F.I.C.E. installation at the EVOLUTIONARIES exhibition.
